Thank you everyone for your patience! VJAS now has all accepted papers list available - please check the Accepted Papers page. PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, WE CANNOT ANSWER ANY SPECIFIC QUESTIONS ABOUT WHY A PAPER WAS/WAS NOT ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM. In general, we can only accept a pre-specified number of papers and presenters due to both limitations on space (of the host institution) and time constraints of our oral presentations. Each school can pick up all papers including those who were not accepted at the Research Symposium in May, which should have more information about whether it was disqualified or not accepted based on competitive nature of the sections (based on the rubric scores).
In addition, please check our 2017 meeting page for information about future deadlines, registration, program, speakers, and other logistical information. The Registration page has information regarding registration fees for the VJAS Research Symposium - The actual VCU Conference Services page where you will be able to register will be e-mailed to the Head Sponsors of each school and individual members. Please remember that EVERYONE who were accepted and will be presenting at the May meeting must register for the meeting with one of the options available.
