Papers accepted for presentation at the 2025 VJAS Symposium are now posted below. Congratulations to all whose research was accepted for presentation!

A few important notes and deadlines:
1) From now until the end of the Symposium in May, the VJAS Committee cannot answer any questions regarding why papers were not accepted for presentation.
2) If you cannot present at the symposium, please notify Robin Curtis, Associate Director, VJAS (associate.directorvjas@gmail.com), as soon as possible but no later than April 11.
3) The Ferrum College in-person registration site is now live! You MUST complete the registration process with Ferrum College if attending in person. This is separate from the VJAS application fee and paper submission. To register for in-person attendance at Ferrum College, follow this link: https://payit.nelnet.net/form/u2zpXbyU. Registration MUST be completed by May 16, 2025

Ferrum College Registration and Information:
- In-person registration cost $35, which includes campus use fees, parking, and lunch on May 31, 2025.

- Registration MUST be complete by May 16, 2025
- Overnight dormitory costs for students, chaperones, and parents will be $30/person (typically double rooms).
- Linens (sheets, towels, pillow) are NOT included in the dormitory costs. Individuals staying overnight in the Ferrum dormitories will need to bring their own linens (sheets or a sleeping bag, towel, pillow).
- Ferrum College Campus Map
- There is no additional charge for those attending virtually.
- The above fees are for in-person attendance and are in addition to the $35 paper submission fee.
