Important Dates for VJAS

VJAS Save the Date as We Prepare to Go Back in Person May 31, 2025. 

The 2025 VJAS Symposium will be hosted by Ferrum College and delivered in a hybrid format. Students are welcome to attend in person or virtually.

​To encourage your participation:

• VJAS membership is free, we invite you to join using this link: https://my.reviewr.com/site/VJAS/SchoolMembership/2024
• The cost to submit a paper has been reduced to $35 – the deadline is February 21st, 2025. 

The Ferrum College registration link will be forthcoming, but we envision:

• In-person registration cost ~$35, which includes campus use fees, parking, and lunch.
• Overnight dormitory costs for students, chaperones, and parents will be ~$30/person (typically double rooms).
• There is no additional charge for those attending virtually.

The above fees are for in-person attendance and are in addition to the $35 paper submission fee.
