November 1, 2024: Phil Robinson Research Grant Application Deadline
January 15, 2025: Deadline for sponsor to register their school on Reviewr
February 21, 2025: Deadline for students to submit papers, apply for officer positions, apply for scholarships, and apply for honor awards.
March 3, 2025 @ 11:59 PM: Deadline for sponsors and students to edit their submissions prior to DQ round.
March 24, 2025: Deadline for sponsors to submit a single payment for their students' Symposium fees.
March 26, 2025: Notification of students who will be invited to present at the Symposium. Students not invited to present will be attendees.
April 19, 2025: Deadline for sponsors to confirm participation of their students.
May 31, 2025 - Opening Ceremony and Jeffers Memorial Lecture (hybrid - in person at Ferrum College, virtual via Zoom)
May 31, 2025 - Student Research Symposium and presentations to judges (hybrid - in person at Ferrum College, virtual via Zoom)
June 16, 2025 - 6:00 pm - VJAS Awards Ceremony (virtual via Zoom)
